Practice mode!

I've added a practice mode, accessible from the game's main menu. Practice mode is always the same, and it's designed to give the player experience with various maneuvers. It also includes a large empty area in the top-right for more relaxed practice.

I'm hoping that this practice mode will help players learn the controls without the stress of trying to complete a maze.
